Cut two pieces of plywood two feet by four feet and place in
a safe place. When using power equipment always wear safety
glasses and never wear loose clothing and a long sleeve shirt.
Raw
material used for this project are:
Five 8-2X4s (construction grade)
Two 2X4X1/2 pieces of plywood
One pound box of 1 5/8 deck screws
One pound box of 3 deck screws
Step
2
Start with the legs. Mark one of the 2X4s to 34 and
then cut all legs. Mark and cut the four side stretchers to 24
and the four front stretchers to 45.
Step
3
Cut all the stock to length and set aside. If using a hand saw
for this step make sure that legs are cut straight because you
want them to sit level.
Step
4
Mark all four legs six inches from one end. Use this line to line
up the two front stretchers that holds the bottom shelf.
Step

Lay two legs and one front stretcher on the floor. Use the Speed
Square to square all legs and stretchers.
